Copley is located in Summit County, west of the City of Akron, south of Bath Township and the City of Fairlawn, north of the City of Norton and east of Medina County. The 2000 Census estimated our population at 13,641. Most of Copley Township falls within the Copley-Fairlawn City School District. Small portions of the township are located in the Highland, Revere or Akron School districts. All of these schools are highly regarded for their competent learning environment.
