Construction of a new water main extension is set to begin the week of August 13. Workers will be digging trenches, laying water pipes and then restoring the area from 7 am to 7 pm Monday through Friday. The work is expected to continue into October. EPA wants to let you know what to anticipate and what you may notice during these activities:
- Streets south of Copley Road between Elizabeth Avenue and Sunnyacres Road may be partially closed or have limited access in areas where new pipe is being laid.
- Occasional loud equipment noises.
- Dust from the construction.
- Air monitors to track blowing dust.
