The Project Scope involves the replacement and upgrade of existing facilities. The entire Scope of the Project improvements have been designed to be in harmony with the surrounding properties and following the purpose, intent, and planning objectives of Copley Township.
The Project will enhance the appearance of the facility concerning the general vicinity, improve access to the site minimizing traffic congestion, and upgrade the existing utilities serving the Project site. The entire Project meets the accessibility requirements set forth by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
