Public Notice - STORM SEWER EVALUATIONS UNDERWAY

Summit Soil and Water Conservation District (SWCD) is embarking on storm sewer evaluations on behalf of the Surface Water Management District in your community on April 25, 2024. Residents may observe our dedicated team walking along streets, meticulously tracing storm sewers to their outfalls or outlets.

IDENTIFICATION:

•  Our employees will be easily identifiable, wearing high-visibility shirts and/or vests.

•  Look for the unmistakable Summit SWCD logos proudly displayed on their attire.

•  Additionally, they will carry County ID for further verification.

WHY THESE EVALUATIONS MATTER:

•  Ensuring effective stormwater management.

•  Identifying potential areas for improvement or maintenance.

•  Enhancing environmental stewardship efforts for our community.
