Summit County Engineer Alan Brubaker, PE, PS would like to alert residents and motorists of an upcoming 2-day closure of Cleveland Massillon Road starting Tuesday, March 18th through March 19th. This will be a daytime closure from 8:30am - 2:00pm. The section of Cleveland Massillon Road being closed is located between Stimson Rd and Brenner Road. Access to homes and businesses will be maintained. This closure is due to rock cut repairs.
The detour route will be posted. The detour route involves Summit Road and State Route 261 (Wadsworth Road). All work is subject to inclement weather. The detour route map is on the following page.
