Ride Free on METRO Direct & ADA Services - Starting November 1, 2025, until further notice.
To support members of our community, passengers and their households can ride FREE on METRO Direct and ADA Services when they show their Ohio Direction, SNAP, or EBT card to the Operator. The cardholder must be present at the time of boarding.
