Summit County Public Health wants to remind residents to check the FDA’s list of hand sanitizers to avoid on the FDA’s webpage at: https://www.fda.gov/drugs/drug-safety-andavailability/fda-updates-hand-sanitizers-consumers-should-not-use. “The FDA just expanded the list of sanitizers to avoid and we want to make Summit County residents aware they should be checking the FDA list before using or purchasing hand sanitizers to protect themselves and their families” Donna Skoda, Health Commissioner.
