Applicant, Charles Cline, on behalf of North East Ohio Classical Academy, has requested approval to operate a Conditional Use-School Educational Facility. This is an adaptive reuse of the existing building. There are currently no alterations or additions proposed for the building or parking surface.
NEOCA’s mission is to provide a rich teaching and operational environment, such that the minds and hearts of students may become educated in traditional liberal arts and sciences and receive instruction in the principles of moral character and civic virtue.
