This Major Site Plan came before the Township in the spring of 2019. The site is 20+ acres in total. The site would be comprised of single-family attached townhomes, apartments, and retail. The phases of the project have changed due to the topography. The first phase is now in progress, The Ridge, 28 Attached Single Family Townhomes.
