  • NEW HOME
  • PRIVATE GARAGE (ATTACHED & UNATTACHED)
  • SWIMMING POOL

ADDITIONS

This is an application for Residential Home Additions including enclosed porches/patios/decks and storage units attached to the home. A Zoning Permit is not required for a patio.

ACCESSORY USE/STRUCTURES

This is an application for the installation of sheds, outdoor furnace, pavilion, pergola, satellite dish & antenna, solar panels.

DECK

This application for all Decks.

NEW HOME

This is an application for new home construction. The Zoning Permit will be issued once all of the necessary approvals are obtained.

HOME OCCUPATION

This is an application for a Home Occupation. A Home Occupation is defined as a person living in the dwelling and operating a business from within.

SWIMMING POOL

This is an application for above and in-ground swimming pools with a depth greater than 1’.
