Roy Speer, Fiscal Officer
Roy Speer joined Copley Township in December 2024. He was appointed by the Board of Trustees to fill an unexpected vacancy in the Fiscal Officer position. In November 2025, Mr. Speer was officially elected to serve as Copley Township’s Fiscal Officer.
Janet Iverson, Payroll Specialist
Janet Iverson has been employed in the Fiscal Office at Copley Township since February 2019 and performs various tasks related to Payroll.
Megan Rutherford, Assistant to the Fiscal Officer
Megan joined the Township in April 2023. In addition to her duties as Assistant to the Fiscal Officer, she processes Accounts Payable and assists with managing Township accounting.
Kristen Light, Accounting Clerk
Kristen started with Copley Township in the Service Department, in May of 2021, as their Administrative Assistant. In her role there, Kristen oversaw projects such as the Township's Annual Brush Collection, Shredding Day and Recycle Day. Her role with the Fiscal Office will be assisting with the Township's Accounting.
